Tiffany Carson was a terrific Programs Manager who worked very closely with our 30+ year Programs veteran and COO, Delois Greenwood.

Tiffany Carson’s job was to support our existing partner surgeons and hospitals around the world and also find and evaluate new partnership opportunities as they arose. She did an excellent job and thanks to her and Delois’s tireless efforts and hundreds of thousands of miles traveled, we were able to help provide more than 225,000 life-changing surgeries in more than 40 of the world’s poorest countries.

Tiffany Carson had a real passion for our mission of providing surgeries for children and adults no one else would help. And with her warm personality, contagious enthusiasm and sense of humor, she was a great addition to our small team.

We were very lucky to have her.
