I’ve known Brian Francis Mullaney for nearly 20 years, of which ten were as a colleague at Smile Train Inc., – a cleft charity he co-founded, from where I retired as Chief Programs Officer.
I also count him, his wife Cricket and his father as valued friends.
Apprehensions about Brian Mullaney’s character based on some old and damaging internet posts, while understandable, are totally unfounded.
Sadly, the medium is used to irresponsibly fling mud and assassinate fine characters with impunity with little – or very costly – recourse to setting the record straight.
Brian Mullaney is clearly a victim of such scurrilous diatribe that deserves to be ignored. In my view, he’s an upright gentleman of impeccable character, great charm and outstanding upbringing.
